GALS-FCE and Humboldt Chamber hosting a Trick or Treat Drive-Thru Sat, Oct 31st on the West Side of the Humboldt Square from 4:30p – 5:30p. The Trick or Treat is for Pre-School and under through 5th grade. This is a Drive-Thru event only- no Walkups.
