Healthy Information Breakfast Reg Deadline- Humboldt

Southwind Extension District is holding a Stay Strong, Stay Healthy Information Breakfast on Tuesday, Jan. 9th at the Humboldt United Methodist Church from 9:30-10:30am. The course focuses on improving the health and well-being of older adults. The goal of the course is to provide safe, structured and effective strength training for adults 50 and older.
