Coffey County Health Dept. will be holding a Drive-Thru Flu Shot Clinic at the LeRoy Fire Dept. on Mon. Oct 5th from 5:30p – 6:30p.
You can download and fill out the consent form ahead of the clinics to save time. The link is at the Coffey County Health Department Facebook page. Don’t forget to bring you insurance to the clinics.
