Just in time for the holidays is the 13th annual Garage Sale Gym'boree, Friday Nov 13th at Burlington Recreation Center from 5:30pm - 7:30pm. Clean out your closets and set up a booth in the warmth of the Rec Center gym. The fee to participate is $5, which helps cover the cost of advertisement. Each 8 X 10' booth space will be given one 8' table to use. Vendors must remain set-up for the entire time! $5/booth space.

Emporia Main Street is once again teaming up with the Freedom Fest committee to help send care packages overseas to our service men and women. If we have a local unit deployed, they will send items to these soldiers. If this is not an option they will reach out to individuals from Kansas.
