Emporia Downtown Trick or Treat

Saturday, October 31st from 11:00am to 1:00p , go downtown for Emporia’s Downtown Trick or Treat !
This event will look a lot different this year than in years past.
Proper masks, not just Halloween masks, are required while participating.
There will be directional arrows on the sidewalks, encouraging movement in a uniform manner.
Businesses will be disbursing candy outside of their storefronts by sliding each piece through a cylinder tube into the kids’ candy bags.
