Donkey Basketball Fundraiser – Garnett

Worlds craziest sport!!! It’s wilder than a rodeo; it’s funnier than a circus! It’s Donkey Basketball!!!
This doubleheader donkey extravaganza will be at the Anderson County High School gymnasium on October 21st, 2018. The starting time is 3:00pm, sponsored by the Anderson County High School After Prom Committee. A Championship playoff game between the winning teams will determine this year’s champion!
First game will be the Camo Toe Cowboys vs. Hula Hoofers
Second game will be the Neon Bucking Bandits vs. Somebody Call 911
Championship game will be between the winners of the first and second game.
Teams will consist of local celebrities including local principals, teachers, law enforcement officers, stars from local businesses, alumni…you just never know who you might see riding bareback!
Real life donkeys specially selected for Donkey Basketball will be used for this fantastic show presented by your AMAZING Anderson County High School Junior Class. Come and see “Ex-lax” or “Super Stupid”, world famous comedy donkeys! 500 pounds of pure dynamite…LITERALLY! They are rough and tough and hard to bluff and haven’t been ridden yet, especially by the local celebrities you will witness riding…or should we say…HANGING on to them!
Free donkey rides will be given to the first 125 kids 12 years and younger during admission. Advance tickets can be purchased for $10.00 from Junior Class Students or by contacting Kimberly at 785-448-4014. Tickets at the gate will be $12.00.
